sfpd responds to structure fires, vehicle fires, and natural cover fires to protect lives and property. our firefighters are trained in search and rescue operations ensuring a rapid and effective response to emergencies
Mutual aid & assistance
Sfpd provides mutual aid assistance to any and all surrounding districts upon request. we also assist the community with non-emergency services when possible.
Fire Prevention & safety
every year, your firefighters teach fire prevention to the steelville elementary students, our goal is to prevent fires and ensure safety when it matters most.
